Northern Pike: For the northern pike fisherman, Sturgeon Lake can offer excellent fishing with northerns averaging from 18 - 25 lbs. and never rule out the possiblity of the trophy northern pike you have been searching for.
Lake Trout: When you stay at our resort on Sturgeon Lake you are one of the most incredible Lake Trout fishing lakes in Northwestern Ontario. A Canadian fishing trip for your trophy laker is a real possibility on our lake.
Walleye: Sturgeon Lake is a large lake with many structure types, countless islands, private sheltered bays with incoming streams giving the canadian walleye angler the advantage of trying various methods of fishing in any weather.
Whitefish: Although not one of the most common fish for a canadian fishing trip, whitefish are a great tasting fish similar to walleye when they are fillet.

Black Bear: At our resort on Sturgeon Lake we offer a canadian black bear hunting package that includes your license, baited hunt, accomodations and assistance if you so wish

Fishing Boats: Our fishing boat rentals are 16 ft Lund boats equipped with motors, depth finders and portable down riggers for your fishing enjoyment.
Boat Cache: For a change of pace spend a day fishing on one of our smaller boat cache lakes, such as Harris, Coutier or Wetheim.
Services / Accommodations
Campgrounds: Our camgrounds near Savant Lake are a great place to set up a RV or tent to enjoy the lake, or the scenic view of the stream entering Sturgeon Lake. Full service is available for your vacation at each site. Enjoy central washrooms with hot showers.
Housekeeping Cabins: For your canadian vacation on Sturgeon Lake, all of our housekeeping cabins have 2 and 3 bedrooms with 3 piece baths, modern kitchens, electric coffee makers, microwave ovens and comfortable twin beds.
Cabin Rentals: Take advantage of our cabin rental packages that include a fully modern cabin, that can accomodate up to 8 people, boat & motor and bait for your vacation with us. Our cabins overlook Sturgeon Lake and are located in the Savant Lake, Ontario area.
Cottage Rentals: For your ontario family or fishing vacation, all of our 2 and 3 bedroom cottages rentals located on Sturgeon Lake have 3 piece baths, modern kitchens, electric coffee makers, microwave ovens and comfortable twin beds.

Drive In Access: Drive in from the International Falls/MN, Fort Frances, Ontario border, take Hwy 11 to 502 to Dryden, east on Hwy 17 to Ignace, north on hwy 599 to Trapper's Point North road on the northwest shore of Sturgeon Lake.
Hunting: For your bear hunt in northwestern ontario at our lodge in the Savant Lake area we can provide you with a hunting guide if you so desire.
Fishing: Although fishing guides are not required at our resort on Sturgeon Lake for you to catch great walleye, northern pike or trout, we offer the service if you so desire.
Fishing: We have fishing licenses available for your at our resort on Sturgeon Lake.
On-site Bait & Tackle: Our lodge on Sturgeon Lake offers you an on-site bait & tackle shop for your fishing needs.
On-site Gift Shops: Don't forget that souvenir or gift for someone back home before you leave from your vacation at our on-site gift shop.
